What details are needed for ECM programming?

We require your Engine Serial Number (ESN), tire size, and gear ratio to properly calibrate your ECM for plug-and-play installation.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

Covers all hardware faults and internal component failures. If a defect occurs within 1 year, we repair or replace it free.

How fast is the turnaround time for repair?

Most mail-in ECM repairs are processed and shipped back within 24–48 hours of arriving at our shop.

Which engine brands do you specialize in?

We specialize in Detroit Diesel (DDEC II–V, DD15) and Cummins (ISX, ISM, ISC, ISB) electronic control modules.

Do I need to program a replacement ECM myself?

No. All our refurbished modules arrive pre-programmed to your ESN, making them ready to install right out of the box.

How do I mail in my module for repair?

Package your ECM securely, include your contact details and ESN, and ship it to our Grand Rapids, MI facility.

Can I visit your shop for local service?

Yes. Local customers in West Michigan can bring their trucks directly to our shop for diagnostics and programming.
